Effective communication between the veterinary rehabilitation therapist and the referring veterinarian is crucial for ensuring optimal patient care. It allows for a cohesive treatment plan that integrates rehabilitation strategies with the overall medical approach.

You will always receive a copy of my initial assessment, treatment and rehabilitation plan for your patient. Regular updates and rehabilitation records for your patient can also be sent as frequently as needed to keep you informed of your patient’s progress.

Additionally, if I identify any signs that suggest a check over, further diagnostics or a change in medications might be beneficial, I will be in contact. This helps to ensure the best possible patient care.
